Poor laser cutting and solutions

 

In the face of adverse phenomena in laser cutting, we need to adopt a series of scientific and meticulous solutions. Firstly, to address the issue of rough cutting edges, the focusing accuracy of the laser beam can be optimized to ensure uniform energy distribution and reduce scattering. For this, pulse laser cutting technology can be used to reduce heat input and achieve low-temperature rapid cutting by controlling the frequency, width, and energy of laser pulses, thereby narrowing the heat affected zone. In addition, to address the issue of material deformation, in addition to optimizing cutting process parameters, pre-treatment of the material can also be carried out before cutting, such as preheating, stress release, etc., to enhance the material's resistance to deformation.
