Matters that need to be paid attention to when the press is working: 1. Before working, it is necessary to check whether all parts are normal, especially the pressing roller, pressing tray, mold, fixture and various transmission parts, etc., if there is any abnormality, it should stop working immediately. 2. Whether the safety protection devices of the stamping machine, such as safety doors and anti-backpinch devices, are complete and effective. 3. No other items are allowed to be placed on the punch to avoid movement or damage to the punch. 4. When the equipment is running, it is strictly forbidden for anyone to approach. 5. The stamping machine should avoid working in high temperature and humid environment, if the ambient temperature is too high or too low, it will affect the normal operation of the equipment. 6. When using the stamping machine, pay attention to whether there are flammable and explosive products around it to prevent the stamping machine from being damaged. 7. Before operation, it is necessary to check whether there is any loosening phenomenon in each part.

 

1. The transmission device of the punch press is driven by the motor through the V-belt, and then the gearbox is driven by the gear to drive the mold base to rotate, and the workpiece on the mold base can move between the upper and lower molds, so that the stamped parts are deformed.

The advantages of this transmission device are simple structure, small size and light weight. 2. When working, the transmission part of the punch should be checked frequently for abnormality, and if there is any abnormality, it should be stopped immediately for inspection. 3. The position of the die on the punch should always be kept on the center line above the upper die, and when the upper die is deflected, it is strictly forbidden for personnel to approach to avoid danger. 4. The die base on the punch is equipped with an automatic feeding device, and the upper die base should be raised when the stamping speed is high, otherwise the mold will be damaged. 5. There shall be no collision between the working parts of the punch in normal operation. 6. The moving parts of the punch (such as mold base, punch, mold, etc.) must be lubricated regularly.

2. There are three types of transmission modes of punch press: electric transmission, pneumatic transmission and hydraulic transmission.

Electric transmission is a transmission mode in which the motor drives the gear reducer to run, and then converts the electrical energy into mechanical energy to realize the movement. Since the motor drives the reducer, this transmission method is less likely to fail. Pneumatic transmission is powered by compressed air, through the movement of cylinder piston and piston rod, to drive the motor to rotate, so as to drive the work of the press. Hydraulic transmission is a transmission mode in which the piston of the cylinder and the piston rod in the cylinder are pushed by the cylinder. The two forms of electric transmission and pneumatic transmission have their own advantages and disadvantages, and the appropriate use mode can be selected according to the actual situation in use. In order to ensure that the punch press has good stamping properties and stamping parts to achieve the required dimensional accuracy and surface roughness, electric or pneumatic methods should be used as much as possible to complete the punching processing, forming processing and dressing tasks.

 

3. The die design of the punch can be selected according to the needs.

If it is necessary to increase the stamping volume of the product in the mold design, it can be modified on the basis of the stamping machine. If the double-station type is used, the two molds are installed on both sides of the machine tool respectively. A workbench is arranged on each side of the machine tool, so that the processing range of the machine tool is expanded. It is also possible to make quick adjustments using hedging between two stations. According to different product process requirements, special molds for different stations can be installed between the two stations for processing. It can also be made into a variety of molds of different shapes and sizes according to specific customer needs. It can also be used for reprocessing the produced product.
