Daily cleaning: After work every day, clean up debris, oil stains and other impurities on the press table and body in time to prevent them from entering the transmission parts and affecting the operating accuracy and life of the equipment. It can be wiped with a clean rag and special detergent.
Lubrication system inspection: Regularly check the amount of lubricating oil at the lubrication point and add or replace the lubricating oil according to the equipment manual. Generally speaking, a comprehensive inspection is required every certain number of hours of operation (such as 500 hours). Ensure that the lubricating oil path is unobstructed to avoid increased wear of components due to lack of oil.
Key component inspection: Periodically check the transmission parts of the press, such as crankshafts, connecting rods, etc., to check for signs of wear and deformation. Perform precision inspections on the mold installation parts every month to ensure the accuracy of mold installation and reduce equipment failures and product quality problems caused by improper installation.
Electrical system maintenance: Regularly check whether the electrical circuit is damaged, aged, and whether the joints are loose. Prevent equipment downtime or even safety accidents caused by electrical failures. Perform software upgrades and parameter calibration on the control system once a quarter to ensure stable operation of the press.
